It has been awhile since we updated the news on our page. I have noticed that the whole IRC scene lately has been a bit slow and hopefully things will pick up as we progress through the summer. Well we are in the new year and with a new year comes a new year worth of scripting projects. Many of you are surely hard at work with your latest creations or you may have moved on to some solid programming technologies. Whatever you are up to, we hope you have a great year. And if you are still writing those scripts, feel free to add them here and get some exposure. Let the community know of your hard work. 2009 could be your year! Enjoy!

Well it is getting close to Christmas and we wanted to thank everyone for their support over the year and to wish you a happy holidays from the ClanX Team! Next year is unknown as to the future of the group but as of right now the help channel has been decommissioned, but you can still contact us through the board. Thanks to the crew for being there and for their support. You guys are fantastic!

A few days ago a new version of mIRC was released, version 6.35, which addresses security flaws in 6.34. It is recommended that you upgrade. Thanks for coming back and seeing what we are up to. We appreciate the visits! Keep them scripts coming!

So school is coming back in session and all the computer science students are going to be working away on more creations. To help them with that, Khaled released mIRC 6.34 (primarily a bug fix) so that they can chat it up with their friends across the LANs. When you script up something killer, as a project or just to kill time, be sure to drop a copy on our site so that many others can enjoy what you have created. Thanks for reading!

As you can imagine, summer is upon us and most of the clan is unplugging more than usual to enjoy this strange thing called sunshine. What is it? Why does it make us feel good and our pale skin turn browner? Either way we have been slowly working on some upgrades for the site when we are in the house and things should be looking nicer. Feel free to continue sending your projects, we will definitely post them after we get sun burnt. Thanks!

What will the future hold? 2007 is going to be another year of changes and some severe upgrades. We are looking at expanding our reach into other languages as well as beef up our mIRC archives to give you the best of the web. Look for our changes and we hope to hear from you about what you would like to see.
