for the common alphabet and numerical values, it is important for such values as character 160, which is
called a "non breaking space" or a "soft space". Which might creep into text from files or by other users.
You often find these characters in spamming messages, floods, and potentially harmful messages. Use the characters below with the identifier $chr() to detect them.
* NOTE: This is the ISO Latin 1 version which may not be the standard set used in other fonts (such as IBM PC) or other languages. However, this is the set used on most Windows based fonts such as Arial and Verdana.
